Bricklayer CV – what to include in the document?
The Curriculum Vitae (CV) is the most important application document that is essential when looking for a job. You should include information that allows the employer to get to know your candidacy well. Divide your bricklayer resume into several key sections where you will include the following information:
- personal data – enter your name, surname, position (e.g. bricklayer) and contact details, i.e. phone number and email address;
- professional summary – this is a short section in which you describe your strengths in a few sentences;
- experience – this is the most important element of a CV for a bricklayer, list the names of previous companies, positions, periods of employment and main responsibilities;
- skills – list professional skills (such as knowledge of building materials) and the so-called soft skills (i.e. related to your character, such as independence, commitment);
- education – provide only the last school or university you graduated from – name, period of study, field of study and title obtained (if applicable);
- interests – this is not an obligatory section, but thanks to hobbies you can emphasize your strengths, e.g. sport will indicate that you care about your physical condition;
- personal data protection clause – this is an obligatory element of every CV.
